I don't know how to attach it. I didn't even know it was in my cart until it came in the mail.

The 3D printed mounting base had to be filed and sanded to match the dimensions of my wheel chair rails.

I love these hooks. My only comment goes to the 3D printed accuracy of the mounting tab’s had to be filed and sanded down to fit the slots on my wheel chair.

The grooves were not cut wide enough to slide in place.
